Patience has a particular talent for assisting groups find common ground, removing barriers to true intimacy (with self and others) and resolving conflicts. Emotional Intelligence training is an integral part of her training and work with presidents, leaders, teams, and forums.  Her work is experiential and her numerous original teaching visuals are catalysts for deeper reflection.

She has a passion for supporting people and creating the trusting space that allows for others to be self-curious and self-aware. Patience leads leaders to vulnerable introspection and transformation. She teaches Wisdom Within to executives globally and is a highly sought-after retreat facilitator. Her custom retreats are transformational. She truly believes that an authentic, safe, and supportive environment can change lives. Her philosophy is… individual growth, together.

Patience holds a BS in Human Development and Psychology from Boston College, a MS in Counseling Psychology from California State University Long Beach, is licensed in the State of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist, is a Certified Forum Facilitator for YPO – Young President’s Organization, is a certified coach with Million Peacemakers and is a certified trainer with EIDI, (Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Institute.) Patience has facilitated retreats, been a resource and speaker on six continents. She has won two YPO Best of the Best regional awards (Middle East North Africa - MENA and Canada) for her facilitations.

Patience is the 2014-2018 YPO Gold Regional Spouse Forum Officer (SFO) Pacific Region and the Gold – Orange County, California Spouse Forum Officer (SFO). As the regional chair and twelve-year spouse forum member, she has firsthand knowledge of a strong, vibrant forum and its impact.

As a world traveler, Patience is fond of cross-cultural interactions, serendipitous conversations and is life-long learner.  She embraces and has deep respect for all cultures and has formed close bonds with people all over the world.  Her view towards travel is “on every continent live the most fascinating inhabitants.”
