Alumni Forum Services supports Harvard Business School clubs, other alumni organizations, educational institutions, professional associations, and corporate clients with a full range of program design, advisory, and facilitation services.

Consulting services include:

Strategic design

Supporting the development of new forum programs including the setting of program goals, membership criteria, and issues focus, as well as defining meeting formats, leadership, training, technology and pricing models.

Advisory services

Enhancing the organizational and individual-member value of existing forum programs.

Peer group facilitation

Designing and facilitating forum orientations, moderator trainings, train-the-trainer sessions, "tune-ups," and retreats.
